Hi, I’m Daniel McCloud. Fitness coach, martial arts enthusiast and black belt in coffee drinking. I believe fitness can not only help you get in shape, but it can also help shape your life. Strength training, proper nutrition and healthy daily habits will make you a better, more disciplined and confident person in all arenas of your life.

My goal is to help you in any capacity I can. Whether that be working with me in-person, online or a referral to a more qualified source. Either way, I’m here to help.
